Terms and Conditions
Booking Deposit
A £500.00 booking deposit will secure the reservation of your Airstream. The booking deposit is payable at the time of booking. If no booking deposit is received within three days of booking, the Airstream will not be considered as reserved for you.
Balance Payment
The second payment of your booking must be paid in full within 21 days of the date you booked. If no payment is made by this time we will consider that you will not be taking up your booking and we reserve the right to with-hold £250.00 from the booking deposit, and your reservation will be cancelled. If you have any problems, please contact us directly by email or phone to discuss the situation.
Damage Deposit
We require a damage deposit of £500.00. This is payable before or on the first day of your rental. We will not be able to hand you your keys unless we have received the damage deposit.
When the Airstream is returned to GlamStreams at the end of your stay in the condition in which you rented it, the damage deposit will be returned to you in full within three days. This includes returning the key, TV remote and lighting remote. Failure to return any or all of those will result in the withholding of £50.00 from your deposit.
If you have any damage, breakages or maintenance issues in the Airstream, please contact the glampsite manager right away. Things are always easier to solve at the time.
Payment Methods
We can accept bookings via the online booking system, by BACS payment direct to our business bank account, by cash or by cheque. We are not currently able to process credit card bookings over the phone. Minimum Ages
At least one person in the party staying in the Airstreams must be at least 18 years old.
Travel Insurance
We would always advise that guests have their own travel insurance.
Duration of Booking
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights, and a maximum stay of 28 nights.
